2. Refund Eligibility: You will be eligible for a refund if:

   • We have not delivered the correct product.
   • There has been a delay in shipment that was not communicated to you.
     
     

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Full Stitched and Custom Products: Items that are sized or custom-made are not eligible for return.
