Shipping Policy

We deliver to all countries around the world. For residential shipments to the USA and some other countries, if no one is available to receive the package or answer the doorbell, the package may be left at the door. Our international shipments are managed by FedEx, Aramex, DPD, UPS, DHL, etc.

Shipping Schedule

Please be aware that no shipments are made from our store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partner does not schedule pickups on these days.

Transit Risk

All parcels are fully insured at no additional cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, the risk is ours. However, Indian Vastraa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damage occurring after the package has been left at the delivery address by the postal/courier agency.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, duties, import taxes, and custom fees are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for any such fees required to release the order from customs. Inddus does not reimburse these expenses.

Shipment and Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the shipment details, including a tracking number and the courier company's website for tracking. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website. You can also check your order status on our website or by logging into the My Account section.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 12-15 business days for delivery. If you choose Standard Stitching/Custom measurements, please allow an additional 3 working days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 4-7 business days for delivery. If you choose Standard Stitching/Custom measurements, please allow an additional 1-3 working days.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

  • Billing Address: The address associated with your credit card account.
  • Shipping Address: The address where you wish to receive your shipment.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before reprocessing or reshipping the order.
