Return & Refund Policy

At Indian Vastraa, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience while selecting and purchasing your favorite Indian ethnic outfits. Each product is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping regulations, please review the policy below carefully.

Zero Return Policy

We follow a zero return policy for most items due to geographical, logistical, and regulatory limitations involved in international shipping.

Refund Eligibility

You will be eligible for a refund only in the following situations:

  • If an incorrect product has been delivered

  • If there is a shipment delay that was not communicated in advance

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or offer products

  • Fully stitched products

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

  • International return shipping costs are extremely high

  • Customs and import regulations in certain countries, including India, make returns impractical

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and deliver to all countries. Our international shipments are handled by trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and DPD.

For residential deliveries in the USA and some other countries, if no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays, as courier pickups are not available on these days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:
    12–15 business days for delivery
    (Add 3 working days for standard stitching or custom measurements)

  • Express Shipping:
    4–7 business days for delivery
    (Add 1–3 working days for standard stitching or custom measurements)

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active.

You can also track your order by logging into the My Account section on our website.

Transit Risk & Insurance

All parcels are fully insured at no additional cost. If the courier company fails to deliver, the responsibility remains with us.

However, Indian Vastraa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the product price. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.
Indian Vastraa does not reimburse customs or import-related fees.

Billing & Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: Must match the payment method used

  • Shipping Address: The address where the order will be delivered

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before initiating a reshipment or further resolution.
